When the patient is bedridden
Paralysis or stroke, fracture, after surgery or other long-term diseases, the older man in the family has been in bed for a long time. At this time, the lamp caused by problems caused by pressure or bed sores. Not only pain and discomfort, this type of infection increases the complexity and suffering caused by transmission. Typically, back pain in the back of the shoulders, elbows, waist, top of the calyx, and back to the ankle are more stressful. As long as being bedridden, limb movement is less, abnormalities in blood circulation, nutritional and oxygen supply in uncontrolled or limb organs are interrupted. This type of blow is created for this.

If there is a bedridden patient in the nursing care or service, then this blow should be taken with the utmost importance. What can you do?

1. Changes in physical condition

After two hours, turn the patient on the right and left. Never mind. If necessary, change the patient's position repeatedly with multiple service providers. This reduces the risk of skin and muscles in the same area, and the risk of prasarera, ulcer.

2. Keep the skin clean

As the skin remains dry and clean, it is less likely to cause stress. So clean the skin with a little soap in the kusum hot water. Then dry the place with towel and dry it. Do not be too gorgeous, gently clean it.

3. Use the language

Use a pillow in the middle of the knee and between the two legs while lying down.

4. Exercise practice

Many people can not think that exercise can be done in bed. But if the patient's hands, feet, and some waist exercises reduce the risk of bleeding a lot. Take the waist up and keep it down for 10 seconds. Repeat this way.
