IBS: The Pain of Women
Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS) is a disease that is older than 50 years of age. The affected women are mainly suffering from stomach ulcers, but there is no reason for this. If the symptoms are seen at least twice a week and more than three months, there is no doubt that IBS is there. The symptoms are:
* IBS is more than constipation in C type. Sturdy stools are made and stomach ache during discharge.

What to do in IBS pains
Usually the food is not responsible for the IBS. But do not notice if some foods increase your symptoms. In most cases they can not eat milk, dairy products, coffee, soft drinks, some vegetables and fruits. If eating a problem increases the problem, then you can avoid it.
